Jeremiah Maximus Lim

WordPress developer, trainer and UX Designer.

Having started as an F&B Marketer, Jeremiah spearheaded successful campaigns for notable F&B Groups such as Strumms Holdings, The Clan Restaurant, and Mel’s Place. He then founded UNGRUMP.CO in 2016 and has since worked with key clients such as Fitness First, Impact Investment Exchange, and was responsible for the successful rebranding and localisation efforts for Tongue Tip Lanzhou Beef Noodles which has now spanned to 7 outlets across Singapore. In 2020, he joined the L&D team at Facebook (now Meta) and continues to spearhead global vILT production efforts with his Creative facilitator team in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Jeremiah is also a mentor and trainer with the Singapore University of Social Sciences Venture Builder and Gig Academy Programmes.

Derek Tan

Derek Tan is a proven brand and marketing leader with over 20 years of experience across both brand and agency. Derek embarked into brand and marketing launching AirAsia’s social media presence and since then has launched 15 of Malaysia’s largest and most engaged brand communities. Having achieved commercial success in turning around YTL Communications to launching Carsome’s first and most successful brand and marketing launches to date as Chief Brand Officer, Derek has also won acclaim with agencies leading IPG Mediabrands as Senior Partner APAC and regional Head of Community Management & Analytics at Vocanic (now acquired by GroupM). He co-founded Entropia which emerged as the world’s third fastest growing agency before being acquired by Accenture. Derek currently sits as Managing Director, SEA at admiral.digital.
